The Canadian Global Education and Development Institute (CGEDI) is a Canadian organization operating internationally, with representations in different regions of the world. It is composed of an interdisciplinary group of professionals with extensive field experience. CGEDI provides coaching services, professional training, and institutionally designed micro-courses offered as non-formal education initiatives, aimed at improving quality, skills development, and the professional growth of individuals and organizations.
All CGEDI members, who come from diverse cultural and geographic backgrounds, are committed to sustainable development and social inclusion. As key actors, they promote and facilitate access to high-quality education as a driving force for development and as a stabilizing element of global social awareness.
CGEEDI members are fully aware of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and use them as a guiding framework for institutional planning. Accordingly, the Institute designs and implements global programs directly aligned with these goals, fostering partnerships, projects, and initiatives that contribute to sustainable development and the construction of global citizenship.
At present, The Canadian Global Education and Development Institute (CGEDI) collaborates with Canadian partners, including colleges and educational institutions, in the development of courses, projects, and academic and student mobility initiatives. In addition, CGEDI works with partner universities, companies, and organizations across Latin America and the Caribbean.
