Since 1976 the Welland Heritage Council and Multicultural Centre have assisted thousands of immigrants in overcoming barriers to integration and watched with pride as they build new lives for themselves here in Canada. Our most significant contribution to our community is helping immigrants gain the necessary skills to live and work in Canada to become successful contributing members of our society.
