In 1962, company president Ronald J. Penfound began his career as a
shorthand reporter at the old St. Catharines Courthouse. In 1975, he
was appointed Official Examiner for the judicial District of Niagara
North.

Today he leads a team of skilled court reporters and
transcriptionists with a proven reputation for accuracy, integrity and
compassion.
